Active, online presence has become a prerequisite

You obviously want to keep bringing your business, product or service to the attention of your target audience. However, the means and methods used to do so have changed drastically in recent decades. You should be present where your target group is, and these days that is mainly online. In addition, that target group also expects you to actively seek them out. Passively waiting for the target group to knock on your digital door is no longer an option.
